Members of the public who wish to address the board on agenda items and non agenda items during the public comment period at regular board meetings are asked to sign up prior to the meeting and provide their name, telephone number, resident district, and the topic they would like to discuss. Please contact Tammy Lichliter prior to 4:00 p.m., at the district office, 360-263-2131, to be added to the list of speakers
