Use of Tobacco, Nicotine Products and Delivery Devices on School Property

The 1997 Washington State Legislature tightened control of use of tobacco products. Smoking or any other use of tobacco products are prohibited on school district property. This includes all district buildings, grounds, and district-owned vehicles.   For further information, please refer to District Policy 4215.
