Industry and Trade Job Fair

La Center High School will be holding an Industry and Trade Job Fair on Wednesday, April 15.

It is open to the public and will be held from 3:30 – 5:00 PM in the High School Commons.

Attendees will be able to meet employers and discuss potential job opportunities.  Bring your resume!

Gain Hands-On Job Skills

Earn Industry Certifications

Students at La Center High School have the opportunity to earn industry-recognized credentials through CTE courses, such as a Washington State Food Handler’s Card and Microsoft Office Specialist certifications, along with other credential opportunities depending on the program of study.

Earn College Credits, For Free!

La Center students may earn up to 31 college credits by taking CTE courses. Students may earn college credit by taking and passing courses that are dual credit eligible.

Meet Graduation Requirements

Everyone at La Center High School is required to earn one CTE credit during their high school career. Some CTE courses can also be used to meet other graduation requirements like math, science and English. Speak with a counselor to learn more.
