Providing Natural Stewardship and Learning at the Same Time!

Over the last two months, some representatives from the Lower Columbia Estuary Partnership have been presenting lessons to our 5th grade about the watershed we live in and preparing for a walking field trip down to the La Center Bottoms to plant some native plants. This week the planting began and the weather cooperated! The students were also able to enjoy a Nature Scavenger Hunt after the planting was complete.
