Maybe you haven’t heard already, but starting this year, the PTO will be giving each student a book of their choice during their birthday month! One day per month, students are able to come to the FCRC to choose whatever book they would like from a large selection of titles.
This generous gift to each of our almost 700 students was made possible because the PTO had extra ” Scholastic funds” available to purchase books from the Scholastic book fair they hosted last school year.
This year, the PTO has already hosted one book fair in the Fall and they have another one upcoming this Spring.
(If you’re a student with a summer birthday, don’t worry, you will be given a chance to get your gift during the scheduled day in June.)
