La Center Gets a Visit from Australia

In December the La Center Boys Basketball Team hosted the Melbourne Magic, which is a traveling Australian HS Boys team. We started off by introducing all the players on the team and then doing a gift exchange with them. The game was very competitive, and the Wildcats came out on top by a score of 69-62. After the game, different La Center families from the basketball program opened their homes to let the Australians stay the night. The team met the next morning at the HS to continue their trip.
