La Center Elementary participated in the Elementary Science Olympiad Invitational Tournament 2016, at Clark College, Saturday, November 19. Approximately 225 students competed on 15 teams from 10 different schools in 6 different districts.
La Center took 22 students from the Elementary School and placed 2nd in the Windmill Wonders Event and 5th in the Heart Smart Event.
We were very proud of all our students efforts and work involved!
Teachers who participated were Liz Crandall, Kris Sawyer, Pete Sloniker Teachers with special thanks to Carrie Cablay and Butch Lepak for their expertise on birds!
