On Friday, May 11th, a group of teachers and administrators toured four schools either newly built or currently under construction to get a sense of what is being done in the region. Schools attended include: Woodland High School, New 5-8 School in Ridgefield, Hockinson Middle School, and Jemtegaard Middle School in Washougal. The tours gave us a number of ideas and we learned some things we want to avoid as well. We’re also continuing our Educational Specification process. We’ve met with 15 groups so far, including HIstory, Math, English, Library, Art & Drawing, Students, Tech, Music and many more.
Included are a few pictures from our visits.
