3/23 Covid-19 Updates

There have been a number of developments since school closed and we would like to provide some updates.

DO Closed – In order to minimize staff contact, the District Office is now closed to the public.  Feel free to call and leave a message, we will return your call as soon as possible.

Food Pick-Up Time – Starting this week (and for the foreseeable future) food will be handed out between 11-12:30 Mon-Fri from the K-8 Cafeteria.

Online Enrichment Resources – Every school now has a curated list of enrichment resources, separated by grade for K-8 and by subject for 9-12.  See school webpages for links.  We encourage you to make use of the many online activities chosen by the staff.

Chromebook Request Form – If you need a Chromebook to facilitate online enrichment, we have set-up a Chromebook Request form.  The form can be found on the DO and School Webpages. Those who already filled out the survey will get a link in their email.  Fill out the form and further instructions will be forthcoming in the next few days.

Child Care – We are still reviewing how we can offer childcare.  In the meantime, any first responders or healthcare workers in need of care can request childcare through ESD112 at swccc.childcare@esd112.org or call 360-952-3466.

School Board Meeting – Tuesday March 24th at 7pm the School Board Meeting will be on zoom in order to minimize contact.  The link to join can be found on the District homepage.
