SEBB Vision Plan Details

SEBB has released more detailed information on the available vision plans including covered services, lists of providers, and cost shares.
Your Vision Plan options are:
Remember that:
  • Eligible employees are required to enroll in one of the approved vision plans
  • If you do not enroll in a plan, you will default into a plan pre-selected by SEBB.
  • Eligible employees may not waive coverage
  • 100% of the vision plan premiums are covered by the District.
  • Open enrollment begins October 1, 2019
  • Plan coverage begins January 1, 2020
