How to Enroll in Optional Supplemental LTD

A screenshot below indicates how to enroll in supplemental long-term disability insurance. It’s just a two-step process:

1. Click “Supplemental Coverage” tab

2. Click Begin enrollment in supplemental LTD

The chart of your monthly premiums is listed on the same page.
