COVID-19 Vaccination Scheduling

For those of you interested in scheduling COVID-19 vaccines, here are some links to help you locate and schedule an appointment.  The announcement that vaccines would be available for K-12 staff is very new, so please allow some time for these websites to update their information, and check back frequently.

WA Phase Finder Tool – to assist with eligibility notifications and finding a vaccination site  You will need to print your confirmation of eligibility and bring it to your vaccination appointment.

Vaccine Locator – Follow the directions on this page to find and schedule an appointment.

Kaiser Permanente – vaccine appointments for both members and non-members will be available (scroll to the bottom of the page for information on this).
